Faculty Recital featuring Dr. Timothy Bonenfant

Join Dr. Timothy Bonenfant for his solo recital feature music he will present at the Festival of Women Composers at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania in mid-February.

Bonenfant’s recital will feature composers: Johann Beyer, Yvonne Desportes, Joan Tower, Libby Larsen, Lori Ardovino, and Kaija Saariaho.

Additionally, Bonenfant will present the world premiere of “Eefer Madness,” a work for E-flat clarinet by Nolan Stolz, a Las Vegas composer who teaches at Southeast Missouri State University.

Director of ASU’s Single-Reed Studio and Jazz Ensemble, Bonenfant holds advanced music degrees from the California Institute for the Arts and the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.  He has played with the San Angelo Symphony Orchestra, the West Texas Jazz Orchestra, the Houston Clarinet Ensemble, the Mesquite Trio and the Tempest Trio.
