Please take a few moments to provide us with some additional information on your organization, its goals, and expected learning outcomes of your programming event.  The more information you provide, the better off our facilitators will be at providing a comprehensive and holistic experience.  Feel free to email additional pieces of information that might be helpful (e.g. org. chart, fact sheets, company history, etc.).  Please submit these items to adventures@angelo.edu with your organization’s name in the subject line.

Feel free to copy and paste information from your existing documents, or provide a link to a page with the relevant information.

Examples of group goals might include: breaking the ice, getting to know one another, teaching communication skills, conflict/tension resolution, working together as a team, etc.
For example, an on-going conflict among co-workers, or cliques forming within your group. Please be as specific as possible; i.e. use names and time frames.
