Three Online Graduate Programs Nationally Ranked

Overall, ASU’s criminal justice program ranked No. 3 in the U.S. out of the 37 schools listed by GoGrad.org as having “Top Online Master’s in Criminal Justice” degrees. ASU’s applied psychology program ranked No. 6 out of the 24 schools listed has having “Top Online Master’s in Psychology” degrees.
Additionally, ASU’s online Master of Education in guidance and counseling program has been ranked No. 16 in the U.S. out of 33 schools listed as having “Top Online Master’s in Counseling” degrees.
To be eligible for the rankings, online graduate programs must be offered at not-for-profit public or private institutions. Programs were each assigned a grade, with 100 being a perfect score, based on:
- The number of online graduate degrees available in related subject area
- Graduate tuition
- Availability of academic and career counseling
- Availability of job placement services
- Program cost compared to peer institutions
ASU’s criminal justice program received a grade of 97.64 while the applied psychology program received a 97.83 and the guidance and counseling program received a 92.9.
