ASU Named a Top School for Financial Planners

July 27, 2016

Angelo State University has been named one of the nation’s “75 Leading Schools for Financial Planners” by SourceMedia and its On Wall Street magazine, a national information resource for financial advisors.

To be eligible for the rankings, schools must offer financial planning degree programs that are registered with the national Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. ASU was one of seven Texas schools to be named among the top 75.

ASU was cited specifically for its Bachelor of Business Administration degree program in finance with a specialization in personal financial planning. The program consists of 120 credit hours and can be completed on campus in four years. It is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).
