ASU Chamber Ensemble Sets Concert

Angelo State University’s Woodwind Chamber Ensemble will present its spring concert on Wednesday, April 18, in the Carr Education-Fine Arts (EFA) Building, 2602 Dena Drive.

The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the EFA Building’s Eldon Black Recital Hall and is open free to the public. 

The Woodwind Chamber Ensemble is composed of the ASU Flute Choir, Clarinet Choir, Saxophone Quartet and Woodwind Quintet.  The repertoire for the concert will feature a variety of styles from different periods, including musical works by Dvorak, Florio, Lantier, Mozart, Mendelssohn, Rimsky-Korsakov, Copland and Verdi.
