Customer Care Specialist

Qualifications/Duties

We are looking for a team player who is detail oriented, analytical and enjoys working with the public. Must have excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills. Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. Experience with Windows is essential. Bi-lingual a plus.  Must have a High School/GED degree; Proficient in Microsoft Office and have a valid driver’s license.

Days/Times

Monday - Friday 3-7 and Saturdays 9-6 (various times).  30hr/wk.  Starting immediately.
