Qualifications/Duties

 Answers inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently achieves call quality score goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals. Other duties as assigned. Experience Target (in this job or a related function/field): Call center experience a plus. MUST be able to attend full time training for 4 to 6 weeks Monday through Friday either days 6:30am to 3:30pm; mid day 9:30 am to 6:00pm oir evening 4:00pm to Midnight to qualify. Skills: (identify essential skills required, and identify additional skills that enable success in performing this job) Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills (hardware, operating systems, Internet). Knowledge/Abilities: (describe type and level of knowledge or ability needed to perform essential job functions and those that enable success in performing this job) Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimal supervision. Ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors.

Days/Times

Sundays through Saturdays hours available from 6:00am to Midnight 

Salary

$9.00 per hour
