Kornasky Curates EML Publication Display

Dr. Linda Kornasky, professor of English, has curated the new English and Modern Languages Faculty Peer-Reviewed Publications poster display now appearing in the hallway near the A005 and A007 classrooms.  

 



Stop by to view the 15 posters on various published articles, book chapters, dramatic works, poems, and other work that faculty in the department have produced since 2010.

    On Tuesday evening, our local chapter of Sigma Tau Delta, the English honor society, inducted fifteen new members.
  • On November 2nd, Dr. Jules Gates, associate professor of English, presented her creative nonfiction poem “From His Coy Mistress” on a panel with two other creative nonfiction writers at the 2015 South Central Modern Language Conference (SCMLA) in Nashville, Tennessee.

  • Dr. Chris Ellery, a professor of English in Angelo State University’s Department of English and Modern Languages, has won first prize in the eighth biennial X.J. Kennedy Award for Creative Nonfiction administered by Rosebud Magazine.
