Applicants should be exemplary communicators, an advocate for the company and the resident, and demonstrate a high level of integrity. The ideal person can manage and establish priorities, timelines, deadlines, and communicate areas of concern on site.
Duties: Maintain a high level of curb appeal and amenity cleanliness, maintain communication with management to focus on areas of cleanliness, accountable for all areas of the property and the level of cleanliness (including all breezeways, each amenity, parking lot, and any area associated with the physical property)
Proposed 8am-12pm Thursday-Monday (Will work around class schedule if necessary)
$7.50p/hr + Monthly bonus for achieving the company standard
