Equipment Rental Update

Outdoor Adventures continues to improve Equipment Rental program in an effort to streamline the process.

Did you know that UREC offers camping equipment rentals? This is the perfect way to get outside and explore without the hassle of inspecting and maintaining expensive equipment. Whether you are heading out for a personal trip, or a class field experience, Outdoor Adventures offers a variety of equipment to meet your next adventure’s needs. Come, talk and get the expert advice from one of our trained staff members in the Climbing Gym to discuss the type and quantity of gear you might need for your next trip.

Our reservation processe has changed recently to improve the ease of check-out and check-in. The reservation process now begins online.

To complete your reservation, simply fill out the OA Equipment Rental Agreement pdf form. When you submit the fillable pdf form, our team will confirm availability and prepare your equipment in-time for your reservation. During the day-of the reservation, stop by the Climbing Gym between 3 - 4:30 p.m. to pay and pick up your reserved equipment.

Gear rentals are intended for ASU Students and UREC Pass Holders only. Gear may be rented by one person for up to two people at a time. Group rentals must go through the Assistant Director for Outdoor Adventures. Please, view the OA Equipment Rental Page for a full list of details.

Please, bring a copy of your health insurance information.
