Conduct the day to day administrative operations of a non-profit organization. Occasionally, completes special assignments. Assistant must be detail oriented, professional and respect confidentiality of client information. Must be conversational Spanish speaking. Knowledge in affordable housing construction and repair helpful, but not required. -Maintain basic filing system -Track job/project files and keep files in good working order -Prepare reimbursement documentation for funders or contractors -Type, scan and print documents, letters and forms using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook) -Arrange meetings, coordinate activities with staff and other organizations -Provide general office support including answering phone and taking messages -Answer general questions concerning the organization’s mission and projects -Assist the Executive Director, as necessary, to complete the task at hand


Monday through Friday and rarely Saturday


$9 to $10/hr. Flexible schedule 15 to 20 hrs/week
