EML Students Present Community Engagement Projects at ASU Showcase Event

November 27, 2013

Students enrolled in Web Publishing (ENG 3353) and Technical Writing (ENG 3351) presented writing and design projects they created for community partners this semester. The annual Community Engagement Showcase at ASU features students from several different academic departments and student organizations around campus. Students from Web Publishing presented the websites they created for area non-profit organizations this semester while students from Technical Writing displayed the publicity materials they created for the annual ASU Turkey Trot 5K race.  This event and the classes these students are enrolled in when they create these projects are all part of ASUÂ’s CONNECT! Community Engagement Program.
