Qualifications/Duties

Local Non Profit Senior Housing Community seeks an Administrative Assistant with strong interpersonal skills.  Answer multi-line telephones, greet and assist residents and staff, filing, data entry, prepare meeting packages, run errands, prepare correspondence and reporting documents.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office software a must. Some knowledge of Quickbooks Accounting software preferred.  Ability to use copier, and other basic office equipment. Must be able to bend or stoop to retrieve and lift files or materials weighing 15-20 lbs. Understand and follow oral and written instructions. A valid drivers license with a good driving record is required.

Days/Times

Weekdays, flexible, will work with school schedule
