ASU to Exhibit Student Ceramics

Angelo State University will present an exhibit of ceramics by ASU art students beginning Tuesday, April 1, in the Carr Education-Fine Arts (EFA) Building, 2602 Dena Drive.

The exhibit, titled “Walking in his Shoes: A Show by ASU Ceramics Students,” will be housed in the EFA Building’s Gallery 193 and will be open for free public viewing from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays through Friday, April 11.  It will include ceramics created by 15-20 students of Esteban Apodaca, a professor of art who specializes in ceramics, design, drawing and jewelry.

Part of the 29th annual Angelo State University Ceramic Symposium, the exhibit will conclude with a special reception at 4:30 p.m. April 11 in Gallery 193.  The reception is also open free to the public.
