Jarett Lujan

About Me:

Jarett Lujan is a native West Texan from the small town of Marfa, TX. Jarett is a junior, majoring in Biology and minoring in Chemistry. He is a member of the Men’s Track & Field team for Angelo State and is currently entering his third year as a NCAA athlete. He serves as the current Historian and past Treasurer of the Association of Mexican American Students (A.M.A.S.), he represents the Multicultural Chair as a member of the Student Organization Advisory Council. He also serves on the 2014 Homecoming committee as the Step Chair and sits on the RAMFAM Committee as a general member.  He was appointed to the Student Government Association as a Senator at Large in the early spring of 2014. He now sits on the Senate representing the Biology Department and was elected to the Executive Cabinet serving as the Senate Clerk. “As a Senator, I will serve as the voice of the ASU student body.  I will be objective to any set of legislation and be open minded to others opinions and views. More importantly, I want to improve the life and education of all Angelo State students in any way possible so that everyone here can enjoy their college experience to the fullest extent.”
