Grades

- Grades of D and F do transfer.
- Grade of WF is averaged as F.
- Grades of W and WP are not used for admission or GPA purposes.
- The cumulative GPA at ASU will include all transfer work.
Important Notes
- Developmental, technical and vocational courses are non-transferable and are not calculated for admission purposes.
- When a course has been repeated, the last grade stands and is used for GPA calculations.
- A maximum of 66 hours may be used toward ASU degree plans from accredited two-year colleges.
- Associate degrees do not transfer to ASU, only the transferable credits.
- ASU requires 33 semester credit hours to be taken in residence in order to receive a bachelor's degree from ASU.
