Our Children: they are in our hands

Our Children are the Center of Our Community.  It is in our hands to provide for them.  One way to do this is to make sure that we have a "complete count" in the 2010 Census. The federal government uses the count to distribute over $300 billion per year in federal funding to states and towns across America. We need this funding to guide important decisions that will affect our children, such as where to build schools, job-training centers, social service organizations, and more. So, let us all work together to ensure that we include all of our people in the 2010 census count. Millions of dollars in funding for these projects are at stake — an incomplete count could mean that our children will miss out.
