Thirteen undergraduate students and five graduates studied International Communication Law and Developing Technologies at the Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland under Dr. June Smith, CDJ Department Head.

Students outside of Buckingham Palace	Students taking a break from the miserable London heat ~ in the summer of 2003, an extreme heat wave hit England and Spain. However, two days after we, West Texans, left, the heat wave subsided ~ hmm.
