Electronic Application

Please fill in the 4 page form completely. There will be a delay in the processing of your application if we have to contact you concerning missing materials.

After you have checked the electronic signature box, click the submit button to send your application electronically to the Graduate Studies Office.

You must pay the $40.00 application fee ($50.00 for international students) and any other required application materials before an admission decision will be made concerning your application. You may pay on-line or you may pay by check or money order, made payable to Angelo State University.

You should immediately order (1) official transcript to be sent directly to our office from every college or university you have ever attended. If you have personal copies of your transcripts, you may send them so we can start processing your file, but OFFICIAL copies must also be sent. If you are submitting a foreign language transcript, you must submit both the original and an English translation.

Applicants who are applying in the following fields need to be aware of additional required documents:

Education Applicants must send a copy of your Teaching Certificate.

MBA in Business Administration Applicants must submit a copy of your Resume.

Physical Therapy Applicants must submit the Self-Report Transcript, 3 Letters of Recommendation, and a Proof of Volunteer Hours Form. Links to these forms will be available after you submit your on-line application. An Additional Physical Therapy $25.00 processing fee is required once an applicant progresses to Stage II of the application process.)

Interdisciplinary Studies Applicants must submit a proposal outlining your proposed course of study with this application.

Biology Applicants wanting thesis admission must have selected a research topic and be approved by a biology faculty member who represents this discipline.

If you need to leave the application pages and look something up in the University Catalog, the information you have typed in will stay there until you exit the ASU web site.
