Why did you choose the ASU Physics Department?
I chose the department because of the good student-to-faculty ratio, the personal attention that the faculty provide for individual students and because I wanted to study physics since I graduated high school.

What do you like best about the program?
The quality of research performed in the department is one of the best aspects of the physics undergraduate program. I think we have a lot of resources to perform good research, and that is pretty remarkable for a department of our size.

What are your career aspirations?
I look forward to getting my Ph.D. in materials science and engineering and then, hopefully, working for a national laboratory or a renowned semiconductor firm.

Why did you choose the ASU Physics Department?
ASU's undergraduate program is nationally recognized. At our local Society of Physics Students chapter meetings, we often have professors from major universities give talks and try to recruit for their graduate programs and research internships.

What do you like best about the program?
The professors in the Physics Department show a genuine interest in our success. Not only do they go out of their way to make sure we understand concepts and do well in our classes, they also make it a point to encourage us to apply for research opportunities and attend conferences. They also get us in touch with contacts that lead to jobs and graduate work.

What are your career aspirations?
I plan on getting my M.S. in electrical engineering and working in industry, hopefully in research and development.

What are your career aspirations?
I will graduate from here with a physics degree and then go to Texas Tech
to get my master’s degree in electrical engineering.
