Welcome to the Up and Coming Scholars Program!
The Up and Coming Scholars Program was developed in the spring of 1994 to provide needy and worthy students of good academic ability with:
- the opportunity to plan, prepare for and pursue a college degree
- future financial support
- encouragement to be exemplary students while in the public schools
- the opportunity to enroll in classes at Angelo State University (ASU) upon graduation from high school
