2007 San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo Meats Contest
The 2007 San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo Meats Contest, hosted by the ASU Department of Agriculture Meat and Science program, was held during the 75th San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo.
The 2007 San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo Meats Contest was held during the 75th San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo. The contest was held at the Food Safety and Product Development Laboratory. Approximately 80 contestants from schools around the state competed in the contest officiated by members of the 2006 and 2007 Angelo State University Intercollegiate Meats Judging Team. The contest was a highly successful practice for several teams preparing to compete at area, state and national meats contest.
