• Goals (only if they need updating from FY09)

• Tasks (the plan)
• Assessment measures (the plan)

November 1: Review FY07-08

• Information that has been brought into SPOL for you
• Make neccessary changes for accuracy and readability
• Add results you have available now that were not available then such as MFT scores
• Do not replace or add new objectives

November - January: Do the assessments

February 1: Angie Wright and her people will explain what is needed for the budget component and will train people on it.

April 1: If you have any results that can be entered for FY10, please do so. The first report is due to SACS.
