Campus AutoLoad

ASU One Card

Campus AutoLoad is a feature available to all students, faculty and staff who have chosen to open the OneAccount. By using Campus AutoLoad, you are able to automatically transfer money from your OneAccount to your RamBucks account.

To change your Campus AutoLoad settings:

  1. Login to your account at asuone.com
  2. Select Profile
  3. Select Campus AutoLoad
  4. Set the "Low Amount" and "AutoLoad Amount"
  5. Update your account
  6. Logout

With the Campus AutoLoad feature, you never have to worry about loading money onto your card for making purchases on-campus.

Note, all RamBucks funds can only be used for on-campus purchases. This program does not allow transferring funds from your university RamBucks to the OneAccount, only from the OneAccount to the RamBucks.

Example:
Low Amount: $ 5.00
AutoLoad Amount: $10.00
Campus balance, before transfer: $ 3.50
Campus balance, after transfer: $13.50

You can use your OneAccount with the Campus AutoLoad feature to ensure that as long as you have adequate funds in your OneAccount, a certain level of purchasing power will always be available to you for on-campus purchases. Here are some important things to remember.

1. When you choose to use Campus AutoLoad, you are requesting that when your RamBucks balance falls below the "Low Amount", the "AutoLoad Amount" be moved from your OneAccount to your RamBucks. When this occurs, you will notice that your OneAccount balance will go down by the "AutoLoad Amount" and there will be a transaction labeled "Campus AutoLoad" in your transaction history. While your OneAccount balance will go down, your RamBucks balance will have increased by an equivalent amount.

2. You cannot cancel or reverse an AutoLoad transaction. Therefore, please check to make sure that your Campus AutoLoad settings are set up the way that you want them.

3. If you do not have enough money available in your OneAccount for the full "AutoLoad Amount" to be transferred to your RamBucks, no transfer will take place.

4. If you want to turn off Campus AutoLoad, simply log in to your account, choose "Profile" then "Campus AutoLoad". Set the "Low Amount" and "AutoLoad Amount" both to 0.0. This will disable Campus AutoLoad.
