We want you to look your best which is why we are offering to replace your card for FREE!
Bring your worn out or broken OneCard to the ASU OneCard Office and receive a FREE replacement card!
Don't make your Money come looking for you!
Check your ASU OneAccount and make sure that you have your refund preference set. Go to the Financial Refunds option on the menu bar then select Refund Preference. If you would like to change the way you receive your money, select the other option and follow the instructions.
NOTE: If you would like to have your refunds sent to a third-party bank, you must complete AND print AND mail or fax the ACH transfer form. Contact the ASU OneCard Office if you have questions.
