Keep Your Information Current
To receive information regarding the ASU OneCard and/or the OneAccount, you must keep your information current with both ASU and Higher One.
To verify/update your information with ASU:
- Contact the Registrar's Office
- Login to RAMS
To verify/update your information with Higher One:
- Login to your account at asuone.com.
- Select Profile from the menu
- Select Address/Phone
- Click on the Add Address Button then type the required information
- Make the correct address your Primary Address
