RamBucks Refund Policy
Effective September 1, 2008, the minimum refundable amount for RamBucks will be $25.00.
The ASU OneCard Office will review RamBucks accounts on a monthly basis and request a refund of any unused amounts of $25.00 or more for students who are no longer enrolled. Refunds will be processed and disbursed according to the Refund Preference you have selected on your ASU OneCard account.
To see the Refund Option you have selected, log in to your account at www.asuone.com. You may change your preference if you are not happy with your current option.
Refunds are not allowed for currently enrolled students.
