Giving Opportunities
The most rewarding aspect of giving to ASU is helping the people and programs that make the University great. Your gift strengthens the educational opportunities available to ASU students by improving academic programs, supporting faculty development, increasing scholarship support, and enriching campus life. Gifts at Work tells of the impact of private financial support through the years.

Annual FundThe Annual Fund is the University’s new campaign designed to increase the gifts that can address critical needs and immediate opportunities as they arise. The funds are dedicated to the operational needs of the university and are generally spent in the academic year in which the money is provided. You may designate your gift to the University, the individual colleges, the library or athletic programs or other programs of interest. Recognition Programs recognize and involve donors who generously support the University through their ongoing gifts. |

Capital ProjectsPhysically, ASU continues to grow and change with the needs of its students and faculty. Capital projects include new buildings and building renovations as well as the technology and other equipment needed to allow the new facilities to meet educational and research purposes. Many of these projects provide the opportunity to name a room or building after yourself, your family, or others whose name you would like to sustain for years to come. To learn more about current capital projects and ways to support these projects, please contact the Development Office. |

EndowmentsAn endowment is a long-term investment in Angelo State University that benefits students, faculty, and programs year after year. A gift establishing an endowment creates a permanent fund to support the purpose you specify. The gift is invested and only the investment income is spent to provide funds on an ongoing basis for scholarships, fellowships, academic and student programs, faculty support and enrichment, and other University projects needing ongoing support. Your name or that of a loved one can be continued in perpetuity. Please contact the Development Office to learn how you can establish an endowment supporting your area of interest. |
