Bombers, Bank Accounts, and Bleedout: al-Qa`ida's Road in and Out of Iraq (Combating Terrorism Center at West Point) -- This report, the fifth Harmony Project report and the second on al-Qa'ida's foreign fighters in Iraq, expands on an analysis of al-Qa'ida in Iraq personnel records conducted by the CTC in December 2007. Original records and translations are available for download on the CTC web site. Other Harmony reports on al-Qa'ida are also available.
Circum-Arctic Resource Appraisal: Estimates of Undiscovered Oil and Gas North of the Arctic Circle (U.S. Geological Survey) -- Fact sheet 2008-3049 -- On July 23, 2008, the USGS released the first publicly available petroleum resource estimate of the entire area north of the Arctic Circle. This online resource includes access to completed assessment results and related reports.
Gasoline Prices (University of Michigan Library, Documents Center) -- This web page is filled with statistics on pump and crude oil prices, exchange rates, and oil reserves. It is also addresses solutions to high prices from supply and demand to the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, a gas tax holiday, and regulating commodity exchanges.

The Government Documents and Maps collections are part of the Reference Department of the Porter Henderson Library. The Library has been a member of the Texas State Publications Depository Program since 1963, and a selective depository for the Federal Depository Library Program since 1964.
