Requesting Assistance
The IT Help Desk provides phone, e-mail, and walk-in computer support for all faculty, staff and students at Angelo State University. The Help Desk is located in the main computer lab in the Math Computer Science Building Room 111. We offer 24-hour support beginning Sunday noon through Friday evening at 10 p.m. We also offer support from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday.

Web: Submit a Work Request via the web. Using the web option, you can enter new requests and view your active and completed requests. You are able to track your request from open to completion, twenty-four hours a day. Log in with your technology access account and password that you use to log on to your office computer each morning.
