Check Policy

Angelo State University does accept personal checks as a form of payment for season packages
as well as advance purchase tickets. When paying with a check please include proper name,
current address, phone number, driver’s license number and date of birth. Also a photo ID is
required when using a check.

Children's Tickets

Children over the age 5 who have started kindergarten will need to purchase a ticket for all
regular season Angelo State University athletic events. This age is subject to change for some
events without notice.

Credit Cards

The Angelo State University Ticket Office accepts Visa and MasterCard for advance purchases.
Event day ticket sales are cash only.

Camera Equipment

Cameras and video equipment are permitted at Angelo State University athletic events. However,
fans’ equipment may not interfere with other fans’ enjoyment of the game.

Fan Behavior

Fans behaving in an inappropriate manner may be subject to ejection. Such behavior includes,
but is not limited to, offensive or abusive language, throwing objects, and any behavior that
interferes with other fans’ enjoyment of the game.

Food & Concessions

NO outside food or beverages are permitted at Angelo State University events, therefore,
concessions are available for purchase at all ticketed events. Food and Beverage vendors only
accept cash onsite for Angelo State University events.

Gates Open

Football:Gates open 90 minutes before the start of the game.
All other sports:Gates open 1 hour before the start of the game.

Lost and Found

Articles that are found during or after any events held at Angelo State University will be turned
over to the University Police and they can be contacted at 325.942.2071 with any inquiries about
lost and found items.

Parking

Parking for all Angelo State University events is free of charge and done on a first come, first
serve basis. Parking is located at all University athletic venues.

Angelo State University does not allow fans to bring pets to any events.

Re-Entry to the Facility

At most regular season home events, fans are allowed to exit and re-enter the facility with event
ticket stub and a valid hand stamp from an Angelo State University ticket taker.

Season Tickets

Football:Renewal sales start July 28, 2008 and general sales start August 18, 2008
Season pricing for the reserved section is $35 per seat.
Basketball:Renewal sales start October 6, 2008 and general sales start October 20, 2008
Season pricing for lower level is $90 and upper level is $65

Single Game Tickets

Individual tickets may be purchased in advance at the Angelo State University Ticket Office using
cash, check (please see above policy), Visa or MasterCard prior to the event. Day-of-game ticket
sales are cash only and may be purchased at the entrance to the event.

Smoking Policy

Although many Angelo State University events are held outdoors there is NO smoking permitted
at these events. You must exit the facility and get a hand stamp to re-enter then proceed to a
designated smoking area outside of the facility.

Student Access

ASU undergraduate students currently enrolled in 12 or more hours and graduate students
currently enrolled in 9 or more hours are admitted to ASU regular season home athletic events at
no charge by presenting an activated ASU OneCard at the gate. Some rental events as well as
post-season events may have an additional charge.

Football:present your ASU OneCard at gate 1 then proceed to general admission seating
Basketball: present your ASU OneCard at the student gate (NW entrance) and proceed to
sections general admission seating
Other Sport:present your ASU OneCard at the main gate and enjoy
